Market layer

The Matrix/Pillar 9 workflow supplies a dated approved export. Unit numbers are stripped from address strings, then price, fee, size, DOM, parking, style, and status fields are summarized at building level.

Civic layer

City and official public layers add parcel, neighbourhood, permit, planning, transit, sidewalk, waste, road, trail, and business context where the address join is defensible.

Reader layer

Documents, bylaws, reserve funds, insurance, financing, tax, inspections, current inventory, and material facts still require unit-specific and professional verification.
